Get ready for a night of spooky fun! Clermont PTA is excited to bring back Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, October 16, from 6–7 PM in the Clermont Elementary School parking lot!

We’re excited to kick off our biggest fundraiser of the year — the Clermont Elementary Fun Run!

🎯 Our Goal: $30,000!

Funds raised will support the PTA’s Fall budget and help fund enhanced projectors and a new sound system for the multipurpose room. These improvements will benefit our students and make big Clermont community events like Family Culture Night, PTA Movie Nights, and more even better!

❤️ Every dollar raised benefits the students of Clermont Elementary!

🎃Halloween Costume Swap!🎃

Got costumes your kids have outgrown? Give them a second life! We're collecting like-new/gently used costumes for our first-ever Costume Swap.

📦 Drop Off: By September 15 — school office or lobby box
🦇 Swap Day: September 19 • 10am–12pm • Bus loop in front of school

Stop by, browse, and take home a costume (or more!) that's just right for your little one. Newborn–6th grade children's costumes only. All are welcome — take what you need and help others too!

💜 Costumes not chosen will be donated to a local group collecting costumes for children in need.

Budget Submissions are Open for the 2026-2027 School Year

The 2026-2027 budget will be determined by the budget request forms received.  As a reminder, a separate form is required for each program/item you are applying for.  

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ RUNNING AT RECESS IS BACK — AND WE NEED YOU! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Every Friday when school is in session, Clermont students in K–6th grade have the opportunity to get moving during recess by running, walking, skipping, hopping, or even cartwheeling their way around the upper field!

Throughout the year, students will earn incentives for reaching lap milestones. At the end of the school year, we’ll recognize the top 5 lap earners in each grade and the top 5 school-wide. Students who complete 131 laps during the school year will also earn our special “Marathoner” Award! 🏅

We need volunteers! ❤️

Volunteers help:
• Oversee students during each recess
• Pass out lap sticks and water
• Track completed laps
• Help clean up after the final recess

You can sign up for one Friday, one recess, or as many slots as you'd like. Every bit of help makes a difference!

⭐ Co-Director Needed!

We're also looking for a Co-Director to help lead Running at Recess throughout the year. This person will help with program coordination and field set-up. It's a great opportunity to get involved in a fun program and help our students stay active!

And let's be honest—volunteering is a pretty great way to witness your child and their friends in the wild. 😂
