The Clermont PTA is hosting a STEM + Families Science Festival on February 11, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 pm. This hands-on event invites families to explore science together while sparking curiosity and interest in STEM learning and careers.

Held in the school gym and nearby hallways, the festival will feature 10 interactive experiment stations. Families will move at their own pace with guidance from volunteers and simple, easy-to-follow instructions—plus ideas for continuing the fun at home.

Our PTA Silent Auction is coming up, and we’re looking for a few helping hands to make it a success! Whether you have a little time or a specific skill to share, there’s a role for you:

📧 Donation Solicitation Volunteers
Assist with reaching out to local businesses and community partners for auction donations. This role mainly involves sending emails and completing online request forms—we provide sample letters and templates, making it easy to jump in!

✨ Decoration Committee
Help plan and set up decorations to create a fun, festive atmosphere for the event.

💻 Tech Volunteer
Support the behind-the-scenes tech needs of the auction, such as setup, troubleshooting, or managing online tools.

The highly popular and legendary Clermont PTA Silent Auction will return on Saturday, March 7th from 6-10pm!

The event will once again be located at the ALX Atrium in Alexandria and the always energetic Diplomatic Immunity will be performing all night long. Shine your boots, because this year we are going Rhinestone Cowboy! More details to come soon.

The silent auction is the PTA’s 2nd major fundraiser of the year and funds many planned initiatives that benefit all Clermont students including the True Book Fair which provides free books, enrichment nights such as Math Night, Science Night and Family Heritage Night, after school programming, Military Kids Club, upgrades for the Morning News Show, field trip transportation, school wide enrichment, and other essential programming!
